Not all patients are the same, and we recognise that medical consultations and health checks can be stressful. That’s why we treat all patients as individuals in a holistic way, not just their diagnosis and scans.

At ACTIVATE, we believe that maintaining optimal health and preventing disease are just as important to the physical and mental wellbeing of our patients. We will also advise you on how to manage your condition yourself and support you through every step of your treatment
No referral required. Appointments booked at your convenience
We know how much of an impact muscle, bone and joint conditions can have on your day-to-day life. That’s why we provide fast and convenient access at a time and place that suits you.
You’ll have time with a specialist MSK doctor to discuss your symptoms and treatment options, so we can help you ACTIVATE as soon as possible.

I qualified as a doctor in 2004 and have been an orthopaedic surgeon since 2010 working in Kent and Croydon with special interest and experience in musculoskeletal (MSK) medicine and primary care Orthopaedics. In addition to orthopaedic surgery and MSK medicine, I received training in MSK ultrasound scanning (diagnostic and interventional) at the University of East London and Tunbridge Wells Hospital.
As clinic founder of ACTIVATE, I am passionate about providing evidence based non-surgical musculoskeletal care and minor surgery which are accessible, affordable and patient-centred, recognising the changing landscape in private healthcare in the UK.
In addition to my private work at ACTIVATE, I work in the NHS as the MSK doctor for Croydon Integrated MSK service. My work has led to improvement in service quality, reduction in waiting times, reforming MSK care in Croydon. I am also an orthopaedic surgeon (general trauma, SAS grade) in Tunbridge Wells Hospital.
I bring a wealth of expertise built on extensive postgraduate qualifications in both medical and surgical practice, as well as academic and leadership achievements. These qualifications allow me to provide patient-centred, evidence-based care tailored to individual needs.
